Teaching-norm fulfilment request
If you teach and your weekly teaching norm is not fully met, you can submit a request to the Municipal Directorate of Education. AnkesaPRO drafts the request from your details and works out the shortfall for you.
When this request applies
The full weekly norm is taken as 20 hours, though it can differ by profile and level. The value is pre-filled and you can change it if your case differs.
You enter the hours you currently teach, and the system calculates how many hours you are short of the full norm.
How it works
Fill in your personal details, school, subjects and hours. The personal number must be 10 digits.
Choose your academic level (Bachelor, Master, PhD Candidate or PhD), sign, and receive the finished request as a PDF.
Cost and filing
The service fee for this module is 5 €. With the 10 € Premium add-on, we file it with the competent directorate for you.
Otherwise you download the document and file it yourself.
